Derick White, Principal and Founder

Derick White has two decades of sales and marketing management experience, having worked at both Fortune 1000 companies and small businesses.

Some of his accomplishments include:

Derick has encountered and successfully surmounted the challenges of business development. As a sales professional, he excels at selling into small, mid-size and large corporations. Most recently, he has effectively consulted and coached sales managers from financial institutions and high-tech and professional services firms across the US.

Derick is an active member of the Twin Cities business community and has served on the boards of directors of the Minnesota chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators, the Minnesota Marketing Association, The Miracle League, Grow Minnesota and Twin Cities Trout Unlimited. His passion for and achievements in business success in our community were recognized by the Twin West Chamber, which named Derick its “Super Star” in 2010 for his work to help recruit new members for the chamber. Derick was also honored for his contributions to opening the Harmon Killebrew Field in the south metro for children with disabilities.

Derick earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and has been a speaker at the University of St. Thomas Business School, Carlson School of Management and the University of Minnesota on the topics of branding, marketing, business analytics and business development.

Derick is also an avid outdoorsman. When not assisting companies with sales growth, he can be found fly fishing on a southeast Minnesota stream, chasing pheasants in the western prairies, or meditating on new sales strategies while canoeing in the Boundary Waters.
